    Similar experience- mine has been at the dealer untouched since 7/31. Module arrived on 8/14 and now Iā€™ve been told it wonā€™t been touched for 2 weeks as the only certified technician is going on vacation for 2 weeks.

    Dropped mine at the dealer Monday 7/31. Although issue was reported to Ford in mid July. Latest update from ford there is currently a backlog on this part. The new ETA I received for the part is 08/16/2023 but I am hoping it will arrive sooner.

    Dropped my truck off at the dealership today. Prior to dropping it off I confirmed with the Ford Rep who has been helping me that the ordered parts were scheduled to arrive today or tomorrow. Iā€™ll update as things progress
