As an update, I was able to adjust the SCCM module Heated Steering Wheel value to F / 39 Celsius via FORScan and it's definitely warmer. Thanks everybody!

Any obd2 to usb adapters recommended in particular? I was looking at an ELM327 with an MS/HS switch, assuming this will get the job done?

Thanks for this, yes it seems 10 to 2 is the warmest. Best temp I got around there was 89F after about 3 minutes, then it tapered off to 85-87.

As the title says, the heated steering wheel barely feels warm to touch, as in I can barely tell it's on in some spots, completely cold in others. Has anyone else experienced this? EDIT: solution in post 16
