Normal drive mode - I did change over to sport but it did not make a difference.

Has anyone figured out what is causing this? I have had my 23 Lightning ER for just over a year and experienced this issue for the first time yesterday. While stopped at a red light I turned the truck off, restarted it, and once I put it in drive it dropped from 100% power, to 66%, then 56%.
