Correct, the wiring and breaker has to be able to handle 80 amps even though dialing the charger down to 48 amps. In my case wanted to use the charger pro at 48 amps with 60 amp breaker and wire. Inspector stated that the charger had to be hardwired not dialed for 48 amps.

Some electrical inspectors (ours) do not like to manually set the amps. They want it hard wired to specific Amp. Found this out when I wanted to dial down the charge station pro to 48 amps.

Why not unlock the door once you get activation online.

What if the dealer that the reservation is being transferred to does not accept the transfer.

Or they will not tell you because someone with a lower reservation number could switch to your dealer, which will affect the reservation sequence.

One issue is the dealer notifies the people on their reservation list their numeric slot. Along comes a transfer with a lower reservation number and pushes that person further back in line. This could also be a reason why dealers will not provide that information as it is subject to change. It...

Do receiving dealers have input when people move their reservations from one dealer to another. Can dealers refuse to accept the switch or is the decision exclusively Ford’s.
