Mine is doing exactly the same and wont factory reset. Worked for awhile on wifi in the begining then stopped. I gave up and just use the charger with no wifi connection.

Has anyone’s remaining available kWh shown on ford pass stopped at 1 kWh? I used EA for a charge of 50-60ish kwh since it did stop at 1 and the charge did not show up on the history nor did I get a ford pass app alert or email with a receipt like before running down to 1.

The evse may have a time of use restriction setup? I have a Juicebox that can be set to do that and it would probably prevent the vehicle from taking current for the departure.
I was having the same issue. I had lowered it to 72amps in July and then could not change it back to 80 no matter how many times I tried. I tried again today while it was in operation charging the truck and it changed successfully.
Found out yesterday that if you push and hold the volume dial that the screen will go black with small displayed information in the center. Tapping the screen will bring it back to normal.
Same here, I did get a call back from someone at ford marketing and was told if you didn't get the email about this you would not be getting the gift card or credits even through you qualify based on delivery in early June.
