It’s a classic need vs want situation. You obviously don’t NEED the truck, but if you want it and you can afford it, go for it! It’s a great truck, especially as a daily driver because of the frunk and how well it drives. Only you know your financial situation.

If that was the case they would also change the batteries on the Lariat and Platinum, but they aren’t. It’s purely a cost cutting move on the Flash. Maybe it’s to increase profits, maybe there will be a cut to MSRP. Nobody knows yet.
