I just opened the box to my Ford Charge Station Pro and discovered that two of the tabs that hold the white cover (with the ford logo) to the Charge Station Pro are broken.

Call Ford Customer Service and request to talk to a representative with the Lightning Team of the BEV Group (1-800-334-4375).

My FCSP arrived missing the hardware packet that contains the Torx head bolts and the Green-colored COM wire connectors. I called, told my story, and the Rep “elevated” it for approval to be replaced. 10 days later, the replacement hardware packet arrived directly from Siemens.
