I think it's simpler than that. A lot of people just aren't very good at their jobs.

I run 3 miles early & take Focus Factor or similar to outpace them - however - the too often corruption is relentless & maybe more so for Rivian concierge service - more later once my FMC repurchase concludes

Yes - the Rivian forums are wild with complaints - and Fisker may file for bankruptcy - Polestar who knows.

One of the main reasons I went with the Lightning, it does not have the best technology, but I know the company will continue to exist.

Plus, in my opinion, the lightning design is much nicer then the Rivian

Called Ford today and they put in a ticket to add a month and a half to the trial while it was inopperable. As questionable as the service department has been, the customer support I have seen from Ford has been incredible.

FMC added extended coverage for me since I complained about a "GPS signal lost" voice that kept announcing for a few weeks until a reset fixed it.
