Well the saga continues.

Ford today declined my buyback stating it does not meet state lemon laws. and now i will have to file for arbitration with the BBB and go thru federal litigation.

@Ford Motor Company gives ZERO Fs about my situation and the fact that they still have zero path/time to resolution and that i will continue to pay for a vehicle that doesnt work, while having to pay to rent a vehicle to do my job.

If anyone has had to apply the federal guidelines to their lemon i would appreciate any guidance.
Damn, that sucks, sorry to hear that...So much for "Gold Certified"

Thanks @MaintGrl appreciate your support

I completely understand things break. Things happen, even with "certified" vehicles. And the only reason my vehicle doesnt qualify for CA Lemon Law is it was purchased from a dealer in a state with not as comprehensive Lemon Laws. But this is basic common sense at this point. The vehicle has been in the shop for >35 days at this point with a litany of items that continue to pop up when one "fix" applies.

But nope. @Ford Motor Company says that because it doesnt meet those guidelines theyre going to force me to arbitration. Sweet.
