IPC dead on 3 week old Pro

First off, I love the truck it's a blast to drive, super quiet and does everything I want but unfortunately I have quality concerns considering my IPC(instrument panel cluster) went dead with less than 1k on the truck. Brought it in for service and they confirmed it needs replacement and part is on order. Hopefully I'm just unlucky and got a defective part but as my first Ford it's a little unsettling.
