I just installed installed the Morimoto X3B 3rd brake light assembly. This is the only part of the truck that has really bothered me. Ford did a great job with the lighting on our trucks but the 3rd brake light always felt dated to me. The same unit has carried over some generations and is now on the Lightning. I ordered the brake light months ago which has been on backorder. I finally got it installed and it looks OEM (deal breaker for me) and incredibly bright. I opted for the flasher module which flashes the brake light 3 times when its activated. It comes with its own wiring harness, is plug and play and incredibly easy install which takes 30 minutes tops. The camera transfers over as well
