I have a 2021 Lariat 4x4 with a 4" BDS lift and 35x12.5R20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. They are currently sitting at about 40psi. They are Load F certified so I see they can go all the way up to 80psi. This weekend I took the family to Vegas so had 4 adults and baggage loaded. My tires do not normally rub at all, but was getting a little rub on the right front tire during turns into drive ways where the front end would compress a little. Assumption is I was probably a bit heavy for 40psi and was squeezing down a little more then normal and hitting the front air damn (Which was trimmed a little for clearance of the tires). So obviously I probably want to air up a bit when i'm bringing a lot of people and stuff. The real question is what's the problem with leaving them at 50 or 55psi all the time? Does this cause any issues other than potentially a slightly rougher ride?
