I am planning to move my tonneau cover from Raptor over too. Shouldn't be an issue. As far as I know the Gen 14 and Gen 14 beds are the same.

Yes. I have a Undercover Armorflex on my 2021 F150 that I removed from my 2018. The bed opening is the same on the ICE and Lightning.

Not 100% sure it'll be an exact fit. 2015-2020 F150s shared the same bed. 2021+ F150s have a change.

So beds for a regular 2015-2020 F150 are also the same bed for a Gen2 Raptor.
Gen3 Raptors share the 2021+ F150 bed, which is the same as the Lightning.

Now. It might not enough of a difference to matter, BUT the bed cover manufacturers DO have different part #s. So there are slight differences. Enough to matter? Probably not. You might notice maybe a bit extra rubber here/there or it might sit short or overhang near the back window a bit.
