Will this bull bar interfere or block sensors, cameras, Bluecruise, air vents?

Can anyone confirm if a bull bar like the one posted below will interfere with sensors/cameras/bluiecruse or the air vents? I have done some research on this one and can not find an affirmative answer. Some say it will, some say it will not affect. Decided to go this route vs a bumper becuase I hear dealing with all of the sensors in this bumper is a nightmare.
