I had a 2022 Platinum with the same issues. I had the OTA update group assign a Case number (twice) but it took 2 months and a lot of special help from Mike and others from Ford who watch this forum. My Platinum works great now and has the new User Interface.
I have the Ford 80 Amp charger and had my electrician install it per the included instructions. I chose to set the internal switch at 48 Amps and have used it for almost one year with no problems.
Exactly - Contact Ford (EV Support group and Ford Social Media Team) to have the case number assigned and then provide your dealer the same info including a case number.

Bought my 2022 Platinum as a Mannequin (dealer demo) about two months ago. Make sure it has Telematics tuned off and you can schedule updates (search website for Process).
OTA updates are way behind on mine and it does not have the updated user interface yet. Currently at the dealer with a case...
Video showing the new User Interface upgrade and Mr. Farney's response has been sent to my service advisor at the dealer and the Ford Social Media Team.

FYI - I have a 2022 Lariat (With 511A) and a 2022 Platinum and they were built within 30 days of one another and the Platinum is way behind. The User Interface on the 15.5 inch screen is a Safety Hazard compared to the Lariat. The input controls are different because of the software versions!
