You achieve it when you drive in mixed driving and realize 2.44 mi/kWh of consumption. It's not easy, almost impossible to do driving at high speeds. Pay attention to consumption, not the GOM.

I'll bet the Autel unit is charging at a default 16A/240V minimum setting. It probably needs to be configured for the the correct capacity of the circuit.

Unless you mount a GoPro, you're not likely to ever see them closed. They default open on the Lightning as a fail-safe. They close to improve aero above 40 mph. AFAIK, Lightning does not go through a test sequence when starting as this YouTuber refers to in a 2015 ICE F150.
