So it was a bad keypad. Apparently when you pushed one button it registered all buttons at once. Had to take it in for recall anyways, which ended up being 5 recalls. 1.5 days later. Don't recommend taking your truck in for a recall the same day as someone else does

Yeah it's going to be. I only cracked the outside trim. I could live with it, but I dont think I can without it driving me crazy. I looked online, but Ford doesn't sell that trim piece on the mirror.

They invested so much money into the infrastructure, why completely write it off? I get the demand isn't what they thought it was, but throw that much already invested money away?

So this actuator was to release the charge door NOT the cable? Makes the door even more stupid than it already is!!!

So 2 parts were replaced, LJ8Z-5428610-A (release asy) and RL3Z-10D737-A (actuator asy) Parts total was like $45.00

So update on the vehicle, I guess my first service representative was on his way out the door and didn't give me the correct information. Apparently the locking actuator went bad and the truck won't charge with any error codes. So good news for me they dont have to pull my battery. Bad news...

Mine wouldn't charge. The service tech didn't know what module just the part number. I assumed it was the becm module. At least Ford gave me a loaner until it's done.

How many of you guys have had modules replaced??? And how long did it take to get? Mine has been in the shop for a week with NO ETA for my replacement.
