Here's the report from the dealer: Found rodent damage in 2 places on under side of vehicle. Found harness along high voltage battery support and near rear right of vehicle are chewd on. Recommend lowering of harness along support to repair and repair of harness near rear right.

Well this is a twist I didn't see coming. $2k worth of rodent damage. :sadface:

So 11.5v will cause these kind of issues? I did get a new Diehard EV battery but the date code was 10/24 which is making me think I got double screwed as it’s sat for a year.

Do you know if I am responsible for paying that or is Ford?

Also when I press the battery button behind the charger door, it spins all red. I assume this is all covered under the extended warranty plan I got with the truck? I only have 22k miles. How does one get it to the Ford dealer if it won't even start? Is that on me? Thank you.

The current "jury-rig setup" doesn't interfere with any of what you mentioned. Perhaps with light bars and rear, yes but not with the led front emblem.
