Got my truck back today, lightning fast from Saugus Ford. Here is what the 12v battery numbers are supposed to be for future notice. Thanks all for the input.
Here's the report from the dealer:
Found rodent damage in 2 places on under side of vehicle. Found harness along high voltage battery support and near rear right of vehicle are chewd on. Recommend lowering of harness along support to repair and repair of harness near rear right.
Here's a couple more pics I took with the "new" battery in and the truck in that blinking accessory only mode. End result, I took the battery back to Advance Auto Parts, they tested it and showed it was 12v and fine so something in the truck is making it tank. Calling Ford now and I expect to...
So 11.5v will cause these kind of issues? I did get a new Diehard EV battery but the date code was 10/24 which is making me think I got double screwed as it’s sat for a year.
Also when I press the battery button behind the charger door, it spins all red.
I assume this is all covered under the extended warranty plan I got with the truck? I only have 22k miles. How does one get it to the Ford dealer if it won't even start? Is that on me? Thank you.
So here are the steps I tried yesterday and the results.
I thought the battery was original to my 22. So with my odb monitor, it showed 0% state of charge and 9.65v. So I bought that DieHard H3-XEV. While taking my 12v out today, the sticker said 12/23, which was impossible, which means they...
So I came home from a 4 day vacation and my Lightning would not remote start. Used the keys to get in and notice the power seat moving super slow. After hitting the power button, I get the trailer error and stop safely now errors. The truck was at 180ish charge. Now it will not drive and won't...
I just got 3.5.5. Refuses to update though after a dozen tries. Just says preparing, reboots like 3x and zippo. Plugged it in, same result. It never applies.
The current "jury-rig setup" doesn't interfere with any of what you mentioned. Perhaps with light bars and rear, yes but not with the led front emblem.
