FDRS confirmed diverter valve failure. I bought the correct part. Quoted 5 hours and $900.
Not thrilled with the price but still cheaper than the extended warranty in Florida.
Thanks to Mullinax Ford in New Smyrna Beach for getting it done today. Heading to San Antonio in the morning.
I noticed clicking sounds 3 weeks ago along with the schedule service soon message. I suspect diverter valve failure also, 73k miles on my ā22 ER. Earliest available appointment is Monday, made 3 weeks ago. In the meantime I bought the valve online, hoping thatās the issue and they can turn...
I believe I have the same problem with my ā22 ER. Iāve been driving it for nearly 3 weeks and earliest appointment with the dealer is Monday. I purchased the valve online and Iāll bring it with me.
Just wondering how your situation turned out.
Thanks
lāve been using the Lithium battery in my 22 Lariat ER for over 2 years with no issues. OEM 12v barely made it 8 months. Ohmmu advertised as ready to go. See screenshot from app below
Lithium about 2 years ago. Configured for the Lightning and simple installation with 10mm wrench. About 9lbs lighter. Iām in central Florida and itās warm this time of year.

You can set the charge limit above or below the default of 90% for DCFC. 1% increments on the charging screen then save.
Reverts back after each session.
I replaced the battery before the BMS sensor CSP was addressed and I donāt recall doing a reset. However, thatās a simple task if required. Good luck to you.
I have had no problems, battery is great. Above is a screenshot of the battery SOC from the app on my iPhone. When I swapped out the battery I had to manually close the frunk the first time, which I later learned was normal after LVB is disconnected.
Also, saw some warning messages that...
Itās always been a weak link, not fooling with a trickle charger. I replaced mine very early at the first sign of failure. Didnāt wait to get stranded somewhere. Bought the Ohmmu and 2 years on havenāt looked back.
Top is pre update and bottom post software update. The buttons on the left give different camera views, some of which might be useful when towing.
I think Iām okay.
Just had the update done, rear camera view is smaller with additional buttons.
Is this normal for ā22 Lariat?
Dealer unaware and not able to explain. Anybody have a photo of what itās supposed to look like?
