My app says blue oval is active like the image you shared but when I try to toggle on plug and charge it fails every time .

I’ve tried clearing cache, deleting app, even loading the app on other devices. Just can’t get it to toggle on. Not the end of the world but would be nice to use public charging like a Tesla and not have to sift through a myriad of apps every time.

I've never been able to activate Plug & Charge in the Ford app. Credit card is set up. I try to toggle 'plug and charge' box and it just circles for a few minutes and fails. anyone else had this issue and figured out a fix?

I'm glad Ford is going LFP on the future trucks. It should make these rare incidents almost non-existent.

If we purchased vehicles based on logic and needs, this electric Ford Santa Cruz makes a ton of sense. unfortunately vehicle purchases tend to lean towards emotion and wants. give me this please. I have zero need for it.

A nice software update would be some kind of visual indicator on the dash when brake lights are activated. Tesla does this.

I love that I can remotely cool the truck with the app on a hot day but why does opening the frunk shut the HVAC down? Is this a setting that can be changed?

glow in the dark lines would be unique I was hoping Tesla would wake up and start building that truck with a normal looking body. unfortunately robo-taxis and robots seem to be their only focus now.

Ford should definitely NOT work on implementing a dog mode feature. Absolutely no demand for such a thing.
