This is not a coolant flow diagram, this is a computer communication flow map. LIN is a single wire communication system and CAN is a two wire network.
Quite possibly. Recalls/service actions are created based on known information so things can and will lag a bit. From my in-the-business perspective, remain calm and give the benefit of the doubt to your service team; theyāre trying their best.

Iāve had fantastic results by writing a short explanation of my concerns, putting it in an envelope along with a twenty (or two or three) and writing āFor my Ford Techā on it. Tiny price to pay for exceptional care.

You seemed to describe your issue as a total electronic failure which makes it sound as if it were undriveable? The tech did drive the truck back in to your garage to park it, correct? Again, plausible that the truck was acting perfectly fine but something didnāt save well when the truck went...
As a professional auto technician with 25yrs experience, it is entirely plausible that this was not negligence on the part of the tech. Granted I wasnāt there and donāt know the specifics, but man, sometimes sh*t happens when performing software updates. I appreciate your frustration but the...
This is what Iām experiencing.
Iāve seen on F150 ICE forums about a few settings in the PS Module that can be changed with FORScan, one specifically dealing with return to center. I have not played with this and havenāt researched fully yet.
Power steering module gets reprogrammed as well. I noticed it almost immediately when I picked it up. Less of a center feel and the camber of the road pulls the steering differently. Iām sure Iāll get used to it but I liked the old power steering boost level.
I wonder if the FORScan gurus can...
Please understand how monumental of a task that would be. This is what the dealer network is supposed to be for. Having one person or even a small team monitor the forum to respond to all of the gripes and questions posed would be too much to handle - not to mention that if Ford did reply to...
