In FDRS under “Programable features” there’s something called Sound System Upgrade. Could that help? Has anyone done this?
EDIT: There’s also “Enable Engine Sound Enhancement and Active Noise Control” in FDRS. I’m wondering if that’s it? It would program the ACM module.
There’s also a “software engineer sound enhancement (ese) that you can enable via easy mode but it doesn’t change the fact the propulsion sounds toggle doesn’t stay enabled.
In the ACM module there’s something called “engine sound enhancement”. I tried to enable it via easy mode but it says “writing blocks failed - incompatible configuration”.

Thanks for the lines of code. I’m taking my truck into the dealership to have them perform updates on all my modules as I have a list of ones needing updates from PTS. Hopefully that will get me blue cruise 1.4 and resolve my Apple CarPlay issues.
Question. What do you mean "compatible vehicle"? I have a 2023 F150 Lightning and its still on Blue Cruise 1.0. I didnt see in that thrread a line for enabling the toggles though.
