...Not true. It's chargers I've constantly used for the past three years. Unless all ChargePoint chargers decided NOT to work through Ford. In which case, yes, it's a Ford issue. I guess I'll just contact ChargePoint support as well.

Reliability-wise as someone who relies on public charging to get around, ChargePoint is best. Blue Oval is just convenient, without having to pre-load money into an account. Hopefully this can get fixed sooner than later.

Just updated to 6.16.1 yesterday, but it was happening before I updated as well. Again this is only affecting ChargePoint chargers and not anything else which is very weird. Haven't seen anyone else on here or on Facebook having issues with initiating a charge through the Ford app

What long haul? The Lightning can't even get close to traveling 700 miles without a trailer being towed. —Ford, probably. I'm not upset with the update. I'm just disappointed.
