I have two Tesla 80 amp chargers. You have to go into the settings using the setup app. Change the settings to allow all EV’s from Just Teslas. The A2Z adapters work fine I have no issues with mine.
My wife and I each use the A2Z adapters for our Tesla wall chargers and I use the A2Z super charger adapter for over a year now. Both are high quality and never had an issue.
I charge at home using a Tesla charger. You need a special AC charging adapter to charge at home. I use an A to Z adapter. Another issue you may have is if the owner of the charger has a time set that the charger turns on. Mine was set to charge from 2:00 am to 8:00 am so anyone trying to charge...
I'm extremely happy with my 2023 Lariat LR! I have the 100 amp internal charger. My truck has been updated multiple times over the air and I love it. The charging speed has increased with updates over the years. This is the sweet spot in my eyes where they still have the higher levels of...
I just replaced my General Grabber tires with Hankook Ion HT's. The ride is comparable. Wet weather traction is better. The noise is slightly higher but barely noticeable. I'm assuming this is because of the tire being new with no wear. I am seeing better efficiency compared to my Generals...
I am averaging .4 miles per kilowatt better than my General Grabbers. Ride quality it’s awesome. I care about wet weather traction here in Georgia and it is awesome. Price came in at $232 a tire which is significantly cheaper than the Michelins I was cross shopping. I have about 100 miles on...
I made the switch. My 23 Lariat ER was needing tires at 35,000 miles due to a tire puncture so I made the switch. I was planning on going with the Michelin Defender LTX tires but I figured I try these new Hankook's after watching Kyle Connor's infomercial on Out of Spec and reading about them...
I ignore the guess o meter! I look at State of charge. If it’s 21 miles away on the interstate at interstate speeds I need about 8%. If it’s at around town speeds I need 4-5% for my ER lariat the way I drive. So at 18% no issues. If you have a mobile charger use it if your worried.
Both my kids have Premium ER Mach E’s. One Awd and one Rwd both are real nice cruisers the charging is slow but the 0-80 on a supercharger is about the same as our ER Lariat.
I love my Lightning Lariat. That being said, I love the tech and ride of my wife's Rivian R1S. I am leaning towards an R1T if they ever get self driving. As for the bed size There isn't much difference. I have the retractable aluminum bedcover so my bed size is about the same as the Rivian. I...
I have two Tesla wall chargers at home my Lightning has no issues. My Rivian first goes red on the initial handshake then cycles to blue. It’s the waking up of the vehicle that is the fault. No need to imply and plug back in.
Well I guess I’m buying the Sierra Denali EV next. I’m done with gas and never going back! I love my lightning. The range is tolerable but I really like GM’s charging speed.
