Hey guys,
I've got a 2022 Lightning and I've owned a FCSP since I bought it in July 2022.
I mostly always use 48A for my truck, but felt like I needed more for tomorrow morning so I plugged it in at 25% and set the FCSP to 80 amps but the truck only seems to be accepting around 10.6kwh...
I have 18 inch tires and no problems to report here.
Only thing, when they originally installed the tires, they didn't take into consideration the huge calipers that we have up front and the weights were glued in a spot where my brakes ripped them clean off. Took it back and they made sure to...
Happened to me last year. Had to change the whole thing. They originally deemed it "just fine", but after pushing that is wasn't operating if I wasn't doing highway driving they eventually did a further diagnostic check and found out that something wasn't turning on (I'm assuming one of the fans...
Hey guys,
Turns out there's a puncture in one of my general grabbers and the shop is asking that I change all 4 at this point...

As someone had mentioned before...get a transfer switch and set up an "RV plug" that goes from the breaker to the truck and it will 100% do the same thing while costing you thousands less.
That being said, you probably will run into problems charging your truck from home if your panel is only...
While a heat pump can help in the fall and in the spring, they aren't all that great in cold winters. Considering I lost 25% of range, it's not terrible. By comparison, my gas powered Civic lost 16% of its range in the winter, so 9% worst with what is basically a large hair dryer is very good IMO.
