Currently working with the Ford Rav team. Mines been in the shop 50 plus days total because of shifter part shortages. I hope Ford gets the remedies for everyone else. Mines going on 30 days at the shop for this visit

Same boat here. I filed for Buyback recently. Since I’ve owned the truck starting 7/18 of last year I’m coming up on 2.5 months in the shop. First shifter took 2 weeks. Battery module 7 took 3.5 weeks and now my second shifter replacement and it’s been at the shop for going on 30 days. It sucks...

All my presets and settings got wiped after this window module update. I can always tell when an update does this because the stupid audio compensation setting gets turned back on
