I'm having the same issues as most everyone else on this thread. I got the update, but when I go into settings, there's no way to select the WAL feature. I coincidentally had a service appointment with Ford today for a different issue and asked them to take a look at this as well. I'm not super...
No, it happened the one time then never happened again. Not sure if this was resolved one of the times I took to the dealership to have maintenance done or just a random thing?
I agree. The trip planner feature was a huge benefit for me as well. @Ford Motor Company, please consider adding this feature back to the new Ford Pass App.
Thanks for the heads up. Lately, I've noticed a lot of issues related to the 12v battery; especially as it relates to the OTA updates and people not being able to get them installed because of the SOC of the 12v...
I had a really strange error occur yesterday with my Lightning and was curious if anyone else has run into this.
Prior to leaving work yesterday, I started my truck using the FordPass app about 10-15 minutes ahead of time to pre-condition, which is what I do every day. When I got in the truck...
Yeah, I don't think anyone ever figured this one out. @Ford Motor Company probably needs to create a "camping mode" or something similar that'll allow you to use the pro power on board system without having to have the truck on....still waiting.
Quick update: I restarted the FCSP by shutting off the power on the circuit board for about an hour. Turned back on and tried to increase amps via the FCSP app and it worked! Bummer these apps are very glitchy and seems that a lot of people have had several
issues. Thanks for the help everyone!
Well, still no luck. I reset the charger manually and connected the Ford Pass app to the charge station pro app but still unable to increase the amps back to 80? Im going to try resetting again to see if I have any luck. If that doesn’t work I’ll try giving Ford a call but not overly optimistic…
Unfortunately, didn’t work? I lowered to 70 amps when I was trying to troubleshoot before realizing the software update was the issue. Now can move back up to 80.
Thanks. Did the reset and seemed to update. Now only problem is I’m getting a message of “derate failed” when I try and move the amps back to 80 lol. Always something. Thanks for your help!
