I have the same rack/tonneau setup and thought about the same cross rail system. Looks like you cut a TracRac toolbox mount and used it for the cross rails. I was going to do the same, any issues? Nice cargo box also, which one is it? Thx!

I've had Retrax pro on a couple of other trucks and now on my Lightning, a solid product that holds up to daily use. I've only used them a few times in really cold weather and they worked fine. Pretty water proof too if you install them correctly.

I accidentally hit the top of my taillight very lightly with a wrench and a dime sized piece chipped out. My fault obviously but I was really surprised at how delicate the plastic is.

No company is perfect and Ford has had its missteps with the Lightning for sure but my overall experience has been fantastic. Ford making this move with doubling charging access in 6 months is a game changer. If they give us that added capability for free {which it looks like they will} then...

Yep I listened again and he definitely implied that "all" existing customers would get an adapter, I would buy one for a few hundred but free is better!
