Hello, fellow Duquesne Light customer! Same boat here. Power was out from Tuesday at 5pm and came back Sunday morning at 1am -- 104 hours in total! I have a Generac 6852 set up with 10 circuits and ran my truck as backup the entire time. It was absolutely amazing! Did you get power back yet?

It is not a scam, I activated my trial and see it in Connected Services. I don't know about the survey, I did not get the survey.

I also got the May 2025 offer. I think all 2024s got this, while the 2022 and 2023s got the 1 year offer.

Our 2023 MachE came with 1.2 and the 1.3 update was 1000x better. It never disengages anymore. I can’t wait for 1.4 on the 2024s.

Is that considered "soon"?

I got the same email...I can only hope. Would love to have 1.4 for a trip in early June...

Not that I have seen. I am also patiently waiting for 24s to join the party.

@Mike G is this something that could be looked up by VIN to see if my truck needs the update? I have see that message twice since taking delivery in October and it has worked immediately after when opening from FordPass. Both times I got the error when trying to open it with the physical button...

Chances that 24s get it before mid June? When our MachE went from 1.2 -> 1.3, it was night and day difference. I am really hoping for the same for 1.2 -> 1.4 on the truck because 1.2 on the truck is not great.

Eventually the 2024s will join the party....I know, I know, at least we have 1.2 but 1.2 is far behind 1.3 on my wife's MachE.

I am aware of that, if you can stream a video live, you can write it to USB. This is hardly a large overhead to do that, computers have been doing that since Windows 95 and the first webcams. Hardware limitations for this are more like camera placement and strategies to keep the LVB from dying...

This is certainly possible, there are USB ports for storage, no need for onboard storage. What isn't ideal is the placement of the cameras for sentry, since when the mirrors are folded, the side views are useless. That doesn't mean they couldn't use front, rear, and bed cams at least. Nothing...

So in Farley's latest Tweet, he shows a screenshot of FordPass that certainly doesn't match the current version. It looks to me like Lock/Unlock is now a toggle button which should show exactly this.
