I can't speak to the switch or harness because I opted to not install those but I used the sensor you tried to order and it works on my 2023. It looks like the harness part number is just yearly iterative version (M->N). Bolt is the same part number. What's interesting it that it looks like...
I recommend that you head over to the FORScan thread, read through that, and then start with something simple that doesn't require making hardware changes to your truck. I don't recommend making any ACC-related changes until you've actually made the required wire and module upgrades.
Also, make...
You may want to check these FORScan values:

I don't. That video is probably the best way to get an idea of what is involved.
Essentially, once you get the bumper off you'll need to remove the trim behind it that conceals the the original wire harness. Based on the video you can do so using a trim tool but it's a bit of work. Again, since...
Those bolts are ridiculously expensive for no reason. This is where I bought mine and the cheapest I could find since they let you buy them individually:

(Price is per bolt)
A bit surprised the cameras are required but I can also see why. Looking forward to hearing how it turns out. I think you’ll really appreciate the cameras though. Don’t think I could drive the truck without them.
I do. I believe they were part of the Tow Technology package.
I was lucky enough to have all the wires except from the bumper connector to the CCM. That’s the harness segment I made myself rather than replacing the existing one.
Definitely need the distance sensor. The switch is optional. If you’re able to, I’d recommend what @ZSC100 said and make your own harness rather than buying the OEM one.
Assuming he doesn't already have the CCM so the bumper will still need to come off though, right? Is there a way to mount the CCM without having the bolts thread through from behind?
At one point In the OOS video of the Lightning production line Kyle asked the Ford rep which battery they were looking at and he said you couldn’t tell just by looking at them so this makes sense.
All this talk about disc brakes reminded me of this previous post of a test mule with eight lugs and possible drum brakes all the way around. With regen doing the heavy lifting…
