Should my F-150 lightning battery ever be above the middle temperature mark

I'm having a similar issue with mine right now. The dealership diagnosed it as a coolant leak requiring the ac accumulator and a bunch of lines to be replaced. I'm a little baffled that a 3 year old truck with 60k on it should have a $2k out of pocket repair on the system that cools the under warranty battery, but I guess that's where we're at. Hopefully they've got the diagnosis right. How are you verifying the coolant levels? Do you have max tow? Is your ac running cold?

I do have max tow and I check the coolant level on the drivers side under the hood. You can see the level without removing the covers. My AC is fine. In fact, the very first time I got the elevated battery temps it was 114 F and I was driving I70 through Kansas and the cabin temperature was nice and cool.

Have you seen coolant under the vehicle? If not, where does the leaking coolant go? Is it just evaporating out of the system somewhere? When they replaced my coolant valve I was on the road in Colorado, not my local PA dealer and they billed my extended warranty so I had to pay the deductible ($100). They said it wasn’t part of the electric drive system that is covered under the 8 yr/100k warranty. However, when I got back to PA my local dealer said it should’ve been covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. I didn’t investigate any further but if my bill was $2000, I would have gotten an official determination on the warranty issue.

Ford has a BEV customer service team. They sort of mediate between the dealerships and Ford with BEV issues. They can sometimes get parts expedited or ensure you get access to a loaner vehicle. I would start with them. This is the contact info for one of them who was really good. She got my charge station pro replaced for free just last month:

It is currently 101° out and it's slightly above the middle. Is this normal?

I often have slightly elevated temperatures after DC fast charging or after repeated DC fast charging events
