My printer is large enough to print this, so I haven't looked at other options, but you could also check out pcbway.com or jlcpcb.com , they offer 3D printing services and you could get them to 3D print this for you.
edit: okay JLCPCB is over $150 (before shipping), so that's kind of a pricey...
Huh, never had to press and hold the start button on the last set. What has worked for me, I found somebody mention instead of counting the time between turn on and turn off, you just listen to the dings, when the dings stop you turn it off, then move on to the next step. Once I did that it's...
That was my first thought, had a windshield in my parents vehicle that kept cracking when the defrost was turned on, the shop finally figured out there was a lip in the metal frame the window was installed against and that was putting pressure on the glass and cracking it when it was cold and...
Ah, well that explains why it wasn't working for me. Thanks for the clarification and information, now I just have to wait till after work to try it out, since that fob is sitting at the house. :ROFLMAO:
Is remote start supposed to work on the Lighting? I thought all the factory fobs had the Frunk button there and the remote start (aka climate mode) only worked from FordPass app? I picked up a remote with the remote start instead of the frunk button because it was the only one I could find in...
Also picked up the Carlin Ai Box, works great. It's handy to be able to run other apps as well that don't work with Android Auto (or at least won't display to the big screen) like some OBDII apps.
I just picked up this one from Bob's as well and planning on installing it tomorrow in my '24 Lariat, I know the auto-dim on the rearview works, but my understanding is the auto-dim on the driver side mirror is controlled by the rearview. Does anybody know if that functionality still works...
That would be my guess, it's possible not all 2024 got the change, might depend on trim level and build date. I just used a Flipper Zero to confirm what the original was operating at 433MHz, and then checked the new one and realized it was at 315MHz. I'm not having any luck yet finding one...
Just ran into this issue myself, Ford changed the frequency for the TMPS sensors, and the Fobs from 314MHz to 433MHz, so if you picked up a Fob that was designed for a 2023 or older Lightning, it's on the wrong frequency. You can still program it, and it will still work in the backup slot, but...
