When you place the order and eventually sign paperwork with your dealer it is a contract for what you will pay for the vehicle at delivery…they can’t all of a sudden say you owe me when you go to pick up your truck.
In that case I would absolutely love to be wrong :) would love an even better chance to get a MY2022. As far as I’ve read up online, I believe that would be info not known by the general public.
Wrong. Target doubled for MY2023, no one from ford has mentioned doubling the target for this calendar year. Also, plenty of threads on this forum documenting randomness of reservation number.
Does anyone have firsthand experience with contacting ford customer service and being given more info than what your dealer is giving you in terms of your spot in line/likelihood of ordering MY22? My dealer won’t tell me my specific position and I’m considering switching dealers but am curious...
No, Stivers Ford in BHM. They called me Dec 16 asking if I wanted to be on priority list and I said yes. They’ve told me since that I am on their 10-spot priority list and that one person ordered from them in the first wave. And that I will for sure be able to order sometime in 2022 but didn’t...
When I said list of 10 I meant their priority list. They have about 100 reservations, and he called me before dec 17 to ask if I wanted to be on their priority list. It just makes me weary that he won’t tell me what number I am (and I really don’t have any evidence that I am on their priority...
What would y’all recommend for your selected dealer basically refusing to reveal your number on their list? My dealer has already made clear no ADM and he’s told me that I’m “guaranteed somewhere on their list of 10” but that’s the only info he’ll relinquish. Can’t tell if he’s as in the dark as...
Has there been any evidence of people who were early reservation holders and who WEREN’T on a priority list being able to order? From everything I’ve read and seen so far it seems like the priority list is the #1 determining factor for early ordering
your assumption for #6 does not account for people on the priority lists of dealerships, which could total 20K if each of the 2000 BEV dealers have a priority list average of 10 each, which is a pretty conservative estimate. A lot of these people may not have reserved in the first 24-48hrs of...
So I am a late reservation holder (June) but told by my dealer (promised over and over again by the dealer really because I’m skeptical) I am somewhere on there priority list of 10. He either doesn’t know the order or is unwilling to share with me what spot I am in. He claimed that Ford picked...
Anyone been able to order yet? My dealer says they haven’t been notified of their ordering timetable (last the dealer was told by Ford it would be sometime in January) and I was told I’m on their priority list of 10
