The ride has definitely improved over stock. But that could also have something to do with the tires being upgraded. Unfortunately, when most people change out suspension components they also change tires. Which also change the ride/feel. I can say for certain that the struts take the bump...
CarPlay sucks moose balls!! Learn to accept it and move on. Lol, I'm kidding of course. About the accepting it and moving on part.
Mine will always disconnect in the same two areas of my commute to and from work. This leads me to believe it has something to do with outside forces and not just a...
Welcome Frank. You guys have a great thing going on over there at Stage 3 (y) I've asked numerous questions and always got an answer back in a timely manner.
I had the same thought as you. Then I figured by the time I'm ready to trade my Powerboost in, the electric version would have plenty of time to get all the bugs out.
I haven’t even used them yet, lol. I usually send the 10 year old up there to get stuff. So I guess you could say they are a cheaper option then having a kid.
"Temperamental" is being kind. My phone constantly gets kicked off or the Carplay button is completely useless. It just stares at me when I tap it countless times. I haven't sat down and tried to figure out to hook in with the ole handy wire.
Bridgestone Revo 3. 295/70R18. Its a load range E tire but it only has a two ply sidewall so it doesn't ride stiff and only weighs 54lbs.

OEM Ford cover. I had one on my Michigan driven 2014 for 6 years, 120,000 miles and never had an issue. Never faded or rattled. Plus, when your truck comes in you can use your Ford Pass points towards the purchase.
FYI, all soft roll tonneau covers leak a little.
If you're going to be running the 6112's you don't need to replace the UCA's. That setup uses a very small portion for actual lift and the rest is preload to help increase clearance for larger tires. I have that on my truck now.
Ford typically uses Fox products. So I would assume that's what they were talking about. And the BS they gave you about voiding the warranty, is just BS. I would go somewhere else that has honest knowledgeable people.
I thought the same thing about the valving and spring rates being correct for the 21. That's kind of what lead me into looking at the Rancho and RC struts. They use the same kits for multiple years, including the 21. I definitely don't mind being a guinea pig, I just don't want it to be a $1300...
