So I just punched a destination into the Trip Planner and this is what I get:
Those are some outrageous estimates.
46% to 75% in 5 minutes?? In my SR truck, this would imply an average of 5.8 kWh/min, or 348 kW!
15% to 66% in 9 minutes would be 340 kW
10% to 51% in 6 minutes would be 410...
Hello folks,
A few months ago I did the DIY ACC mod (adaptive cruise plus lane centering) on my Pro. It works perfectly and it has been an amazing upgrade.
Hypothetically, if I were to sell the truck privately, what would be the best strategy to address this mod? Do I feature it as...
Thanks for the responses! Sounds like my experiences are not unlike others'. I was really expecting that the charge rate would hold near 150kW for a larger SoC range. I've had EA sessions where that has been the case. Does the supercharger have access to the truck's battery temp? I wonder if it...
I finally had the chance to try out my NACS adapter (provided by Ford) during a road trip. I had 5 charging sessions (at 4 different superchargers) and they all had very similar profiles: It initially ramped up to near 160kW, held that for about 18-20 kWh delivered, then progressively ramped...
Thanks. I'll go through the settings carefully.
Regarding restoring as-builts, is there any concern that my as-builts might be outdated? Do the registry values ever get changed through software updates? I backed up my as-builts several months ago.
I would re-check your FORscan values. Did you clear all DTCs?
I'm noticing something quite the opposite. Everything is working fine and I have no errors or warnings. But I've noticed that ever since I did this mod my pre-collision alert/assist has not once been triggered. It's set to high...
Order 351. No email, no change in status on Ford's site. However, just went ahead and created a Fedex account (free) and was able to see a shipping label created from Dearborn!
I wonder if it's as simple as a missing fuse. There's a bunch of fuses related to trailer lighting. I'll take a look at the fuse boxes and see what's there.
That said, I wouldn't think that a missing fuse would trigger an open circuit DTC since I would imagine these to be related to data signals.
I noticed that after the unsuccessful attempt, two DTCs were thrown: one in BdyCM and one in GFM3 (whatever that is). The one in BdyCM is related to the bed lamp output and is detecting what I'm assuming is an open circuit. See below...
So with the ability to turn on climate controls without turning on the truck, has anyone verified whether opening the frunk will still cause the climate control to shut off?
It's a bummer that the Superchargers in Brattleboro and West Lebanon are not open to NACS adapters. Basically the whole I-91 corridor remains lacking in DCFC. I know that both of those SC sites have a mixture of V2 and V3 stalls, which is probably why the lack of access. Hopefully they will soon...
