They haven't for me. Haven't had an OTA since Nov 18, 2021, (which failed twice)... Been doing them myself. Earlier in the year, they replaced the APIM and that didn't help either. Still have to do them manually.

Finally got the FP notification for BC in the app and on the web dashboard. Ran the GWM and TCU. But under General>About, the date was not updated to the date in the FP app. Any ideas?
