It might be timing issue. When the Ford software sends a request to the charger (EVSE) it waits 3 seconds and if it doesn't get a response it triggers a fault. I had this problem with the first generation of the Emporia EVSE. I replaced the EVSE and stopped getting the faults.

All 3 CSPs took about 12 hours in the shop based on using iPhone and airtag hidden in truck. 6 hours the day I took it in and 6 hours the next day.

Just picked it up and doesn't appear they did any extra module updates over and above what the 3 CSPs indicated. 1FTVW1EL6PWG51962

Thanks, Mentioned this when I dropped it off. Doubt they'll do anything not listed on the CSPs.

Just dropped off the Lightning and they showed me on their screen it takes 12+ hours just for the 24B56 update. They're also accomplishing 23B57 & 23B70 so indicated it may take several days if there's any issues.

Thanks for the info. Assume FDRS for the Lightning is the same as my Mach-E. Does all the last updated 16 January 2024 dates mean that's the date the truck was assembled? From the window sticker I can see the blend date was 12/7/2023.
