I went and did a Network scan and the IPC and TCU updates showed up immediately.

How long does it take for new software updates to show up? I have done everything and only show the ABS and GSM remaining. I have NEVER done a network scan so I am wondering how quickly the cloud will learn that I have completed the updates. Also, had to restart FDRS before competing my APIM...

Got it to work! Had to have the door closed when I updated!

Look under settings to see what version of Sync you have. Below is what mine looks like. If this or better, the Forscan changes will enable the cameras at speed.

Just want people to know that for cargo, the Riven is more Maverick in size compared to the larger beds on the Ranger, Lightening or Cybertruck. Agree, some truck owners buy them for the look and use them like a sedan.

Big differences in bed length in these vehicles: Lightening 5.5', Riven 4.5' (same as Ford Maverick). Cybertruck is 6.5'

I was in the same boat and picked up a a really old one from work that no one used. Runs Vista (which came out in 2007) and it works great with Forscan. Get a used one if you can. I am purchasing one now to try out the FDRS module programing which has much higher requirements.

Got the new Platinum set from Custom Auto Works. Look great, easy install and perfectly spaced. LEDs are attached to plate that mounts behind grill. Plug and play. Great product!

Can anyone confirm if this process can be done with Windows 11? I am going to get a new laptop and there are a lot more options in Windows 11. Thanks

OK! I am ready to jump on board this train. Got updates till Dec 13th but nothing since and update history says "campaign has expired". Have a APIM DTC for checksum error which I cannot clear with Forscan. Truck never seems to connect to WiFi unless running. Looks like the vxdiag vcx nano...

You to not need 2.3.0 or an IPMA update from your dealer but you do need Sync 21146 rev:145 and Power up 2.1.1. This and the 3 edits in Forscan gets you the cameras. Works great in my 1/21 build.

I have an early build 2021 (1/21) and have 360 camera at speed to the side of the bed camera using Forscan.

I think the only requirement is having Sync 21146 Rev 145 (at least for me with early 2021 truck). I have not had any glitches or loss of function with the 3 module changes.

My truck is the same as yours, Job 1 (1/21 build) with 21146 Rev 145 as latest update. I did the three line change in Forscan here and now have bed/360 and hitch camera at speed. Worth a try before going the FDRS route if the cameras are what you want. I do not think anyone has been able to...

The Riven has a 4.5' bed. Smaller than the Ranger and the same size as the new Maverick compact truck.
