Was hoping this would download at 1AM but didn’t. I am wondering if you know or recall anyone mentioning this issue just resolve itself or need dealers to fix it?

Issue with the AT&T theory is how about when you’re connected to your home WiFi? I had this problem even at home on the WiFi. From my understanding is if your truck is connected to the WiFi it won’t use the AT&T.

Sorry idk how to reboot the truck. Maybe disconnect the 12V? Maybe someone else can help with this. But this might work since rebooting might connect you to a different server.

I had same issue. I believe (my guess) it’s the communication between ford server to the ford apps that is having issue. It randomly started working for me after a couple of days later. I did tried different attempt (reboot, reinstall apps, re-add phone to truck, PAAK etc) all do not work...

Pretty sure something is wrong. So far haven’t experience any OTA taking anything remotely close to this.

Sometime my would not reconnect. I had to reboot my phone and then it would work.

Look like it’s now working again. Guessing it’s a server issue that wasn’t communicating the vehicle update.

My FordPass app was going bad with SOC, always show the vehicle is on and location. Now the climate control not working. It said too many attempt and I need to drive it to fix the issue.

Something definitely wrong in the past couple of days. The ford apps not updating with the latest information except for when you first turn on the vehicle. Mine showing the truck is on with same SOC I initially start with and the vehicle location still at same spot despite driving over 20...

Yes this is definitely constantly on my mind as well. Trying to fight the urge.

Gave up and try to stop caring for the OTA. It will only frustrate you more. As long as I can drive and charge the vehicle just fine Ill take that as a win.
