Drove us crazy on the ICE F150 forum when it came out. Jesse and I rolled a few trucks back to the old software thinking Ford botched the update. 🤪
From my understanding of how this works: When the IPMA is updated with the Mongoose, it is updated via CAN which takes a long time. When it is...
Disconnect the negative cable from your 12v battery for 20 minutes. Once you reconnect it, check for updates again to see if it makes it past the spinning pinwheel screen. If it does, then try BC again. GWM may be hung up causing the issues.
The thing is, your truck last reported itself to the cloud on 9/1; it did not report any data yesterday to see if any codes are there that can be associated with BC not working. The config seems to be correct for BC to work, but there is one bit in the IPMA that does not line up with lane change...
When you load FORScan and it asks you if you want to load the existing profile, select no so it does a fresh scan. Then check to see if you get the same warning about the number of blocks not matching.
In regards to this, it will not work over there. I have tried many times with the Mach E's to get lane change to work over there, but the changes that work for US vehicles do not work over there. It could be that the software in the GWM does not support lane change, or the IPMA software for Euro...
Well, there is a new CMR update that popped up in FDRS first for the Mach E and also for the Lightning. I wonder if this is the new version and Ford used the same OTA name?
:ROFLMAO: I have zero experience with any of this. The most complicated thing I've even flown is a 2-handed kite, and...
You trust the online data, or do you want the OP to pull the entire abt file directly off his truck with FORScan?
Edit: @walanis Grab the entire abt file for your truck, convert it to text and send it to me or post it here. Or at least the abt files for the SCCM, HCM and IPMA.
Part of the issue is that his truck was built in the US and exported to Costa Rica. So he is using FDRS over there. His truck is not talking to the mothership. I asked you-know-who to send a ping to it to trigger the interrogator, but at the time I did that, I didn't know the truck was not in...
Is that the beta version? All you need is the paid license to access the page on the forum where the link to the downloader is. If you have the paid license, it will work once you install and open it.
This is only file FDRS wants to flash with the PMI:
This is the strategy file on your SCCM:
As per usual, Jesse is right. Seems to be a config mismatch between what's on your truck and on the server. When your truck syncs up with the mothership, it should clear the code. If everything is...
Sorry, just seeing this. Just re-read your OP and see you had tried the PMI already.
Message me the VIN and I'll poke around tomorrow to see if I find anything useful.
@Jesse-Infotainment Any insight here?
