UPDATE: spoke with the dealer collision center yesterday. Because they've also heard nothing from Ford (no response, no ETA), they're going to tac-weld (sp?) the shutter assy as a temp fix, reassemble my truck and give it back to me. They said they'll let me know when the part becomes available...
To @Ford Motor Company and anyone else who may be able to help...
My Lariat has been at my dealer's collision center for just over a month (since mid-December). I bumped into a pole at a EVgo charging station some time ago - my fault (wasn't used to one pedal driving yet). It dented the front...
Makes sense - the Lightning is our first EV so I didn't have an EV charger already installed, and I wasn't about to spend more to replace something that came with the truck. :)
If you get the ER battery, you should consider the FCSP. There's no other home Level 2 EV charger out there that charges at 80A - best I've seen is 50A (ChargePoint Home Flex - at least $750). My $0.02.

Hmm, there's an organization tracking my mileage via telemetry (for tax purposes) on behalf of the state of Virginia. I'll check into that. Good looking out - forgot about them.
Hmm, maybe it's not an FCSP problem...? Received this message in FordPass last night and in the truck itself this morning.
I don't have any electrically-connected after-market devices. Looks like I'll be scheduling a service visit near future.
Powered my FCSP off/on (from the circuit breaker) and logged into it last night - my FCSP firmware and software are the same as yours, and my truck power-up is 3.5.4 now. I typically wait till the battery is below 20% before I plug it in to charge overnight, and I'll charge it up to 90%.

Good point - thanks for the info in both posts, much appreciated. I'll TRY to check mine when I get home tonight - I've had problems connecting to the station from my phone.
