Can someone confirm if Ford has parts for all configurations of the SCM? I have been trying to get my dealer to do this CSP for 2 months and they keep crying lack of the proper module. Ford we need real transparency on these issues.

Whoa, okay that makes sense. Ford software is worse than Honeywell Epic software we have on our aircraft. At least that software writes, checks, and advises of missing files. Come of Jim you are better than this!

Today, for the first time ever, even though I have had it switched on since I received the truck, the cabin conditioning ran this morning without the truck being plugged in. The multiple software bugs are very annoying but things do seem to be improving but at a glacial pace.

I didn't have the rattle but I was showing a curious co-worker my truck and we opened the screen to look at the moonroof and that piece fell out. Pushed back up and will tuck back in this weekend. Did you use RTV or someting to keep it in place?
