That's the problem - the documentation does not call out 17T which combined with 53b = what's included in the trailer tow package per the '21 grid that has a column for all the tow packages. If you look at the literature it almost seems as if 17T was an afterthought for '21 / late to the party...

Hitch will be different weight rating from tow/ tow tech to max tow. The sticker on your hitch will tell you the hitch weight rating which for the class iv/ 53b should be as pictured.

Seems the stabilizer bars have not yet proven to be different on the 21’s. The data mentioned earlier is only for 2020 trucks. Seems at the higher trim levels no one can yet tell the diff between the combo of 17t and 53b vs the tow package as everything looks the same based on the 21 guide...

Yup in place of bolts it has these knob looking things on the Undercover. Dealer was saying no tools necessary to get it out per your point.

Congrats, that's a nice cover. Think I'm going with the Ultra Flex which might look better on my truck than the linex coated one.

Thanks Daily - that's the direction I'm leaning unless someone points something out I'm not considering. Especially like the fact that it is removable without tools and to your point understand they are less prone to leak.

Great to have options to choose from but holy confusion Batman. The names of the packages are not even consistent in some of the literature, ie Medium Duty vs. Heavy Duty. At least you can assume that heavy duty means max tow.....

What gets confusing as well is the combination of 17T and 53B which looks to be equivalent to 53A.
