Unfortunately that set up wont fit without rubbing even on a leveled truck. Max size you can get away with is 295/70/18 or 305/65/18 on the stock 18 inch wheels.

You should be fine, your wheel size would be a 33.7 wheel by 11.2 width. I have a buddy with 0mm offset methods with 295/70/17 (33.3 diameter) tires by 11.6 width and he has no rub. Are you leveled?

Yes you can, some trucks with the sport package and max tow come with the 18 inch sport wheels from the factory.

Max tow wont allow 17s to clear the rear brakes unfortunately.
