Unfortunately that set up wont fit without rubbing even on a leveled truck. Max size you can get away with is 295/70/18 or 305/65/18 on the stock 18 inch wheels.

You should be fine, your wheel size would be a 33.7 wheel by 11.2 width. I have a buddy with 0mm offset methods with 295/70/17 (33.3 diameter) tires by 11.6 width and he has no rub. Are you leveled?
