I received a power-up non sync related on 1/02 and as of yesterday I am now showing a failed update of 6.1. I charged to 90% and made sure the LVB was over 90% last night but did not get the update last night. So the wait continues but at least for my truck I see recent movement

Listed range is problematic. As OP noted he expected to live between 20-80% SOC. That right there is 60% of the stated range even at perfect numbers - 149 miles vs 240 for 100%. Add in some headwinds and fast driving and 110-115 is extremely realistic. It feels like at this point EV range...

I had the same issue. Got assigned a Sunrun case number. Took about 6 weeks of back and forth before I finally got a shipping number. Charger arrived 4-5 days later.

Same exact scenario. Truck built in Jan 23 (Lariat ER). Picked up end of Sept and never received any updates. Woke up this morning to the alert 4.2.1.1 had been installed. Hopefully this starts the process.
