    How is everyone getting railcar info from Ford Chat? They won't tell me any details about the travel, but always just say "check with your dealer". I must not be asking the right questions in the right way, or maybe I don't have the secret passcode/handshake that let's them open up to me?

    @SeanMichael Hang in there friend! It'll be there before you know it. Hope the new chips come in sooner rather than later. Awhile back, Chat told me that chips are coming in by the week, so I'm hoping that they gave you an extended date just to be sure.

    At 3:52am this morning, I received the ‘Your truck has shipped’ email! Strangely enough, ordertracker still show it as ‘awaiting shipment’, while the Ford site shows it as shipped. Let’s gooo!

    Same here. I'm assuming that they actually haven't put the truck on a truck or railcar yet, so it's still at the factory or holding yard (Area 51?)

    Found that the Ford site lists my ETA as “9/28 - 10/4”. Hoping sooner, rather than later! Anyone else notice a Ford Finance pre-approval link on that page? When I tap it, it says that they’ve pre-approved financing for my truck, and have sent me an email?
