Looking at the shutter system, its definately possible that those shutters get stuck open and then start to vibrate at higher speeds or maybe one or two fans get stuck open. Not sure why it would happen... Seems like that is what has caused noise and vibration in the other threads though

I have also had this vibration happen at around 50 mph. I am almost 100% sure this is the air dam mechanism that probably gets some dirt or crud in there. Try washing the truck and specifically the air dam area and see if that resolves it. I get it intermittently and I believe washing it once...

Correct. Not yet. I am just waiting I think on SunRun to probably feed my equipment serial numbers to Ford via some data feed at some point.

So SunRun has to be included only to register the equipment so that it shows up in the Fordpass, supposedly. I say supposidly since my backup power still does not show in the Fordpass app yet. They said it might start by the end of the month according to Mikes video.

Our electrician coordinated permitting. Sunrun did not require pictures or anything of the permit but they require the name of the contractor.
