My departure times were missing and FP wouldn’t communicate the other day. Had to d/c the 12 volt battery for a few mins to give the modem a kick start. wonder if an update went out that messed up for some folks . might give the above a try if nothing else helps.

That fixed it. Thanks guys, idk why I didn’t think about d/c the 12 volt. maybe next year Ford should just put a switch in the cab lol
