My presets broke about 2 weeks ago. RIght now I can't go up or down through all the presets... keeps jumping to page 1 1st one. But I have not had an issue with account authentication... stations still play fine if I tune direct or OK Ford them.

I had the same problem. I set mirrors. Seat. Pedals. Wheel. Then created a profile and linked to a fob. Later when I started setting radio presets I changed to six rows and set them up. But every start I was back to 2 rows. My fix was to delete the profile. Then make sure all settings...
