Anyone useing a better tender - make sure you ground to the chassis and NOT the negative battery terminal, otherwise the BMS will load shed and the battery wont actually charge. Also when the battery is charged you should reset the BMS.

Creative people with 3D printing skills have made alternate key shells for other brands. I had a dope TRD one for my Tacoma. You just crack open your key and move the guts over. Not sure if that is possible with the Ford key without damaging the original shell.

Thanks, I was thinking the same thing, the system would prevent anything SUPER harsh and not allow a shift to park. Probably still not great but no real damage. So far so good and no issues driving it and using park today.
